I am running sourcebans with multiple game servers, and I have a list of steam ids that I want banned on only ONE of the game servers. Is it possible to have a list of users banned on only one server (for example, using banned_users.cfg)? I know that basebans.smx gets unloaded. The only other option I can think of is maintaining a second sourcebans database and having the server connect to both databases. Has anyone does this, and can you help me with my options?

Thanks.

Those banned_user.cfg / banned_ip.cfg files are used by the Source engine (if configured properly, at least), and shouldn't interfere with SourceMod or SourceBans directly.

It should be possible to run using them side by side, as with banning users locally on one server, and keeping the others on SourceBans, while having SourceBans on all servers to cover the "global" bans.

If an user has a ban both on your SourceBans and a "local" ban, the local ban is taking precedence, and when that one has expired, the SourceBans ban will take effect assuming that one hasn't yet expired.

You won't get SouceBans to administer these "local" bans though, and you are looking either to make your own solution here or modify some stuff to make it work the way you want.
