New cvars for apply agent instantly and auto open menu if player didnt selected a agent yet, and other fixes

Cvars are:
sm_csgoagents_autoopen "0" // Enable or disable auto open menu when you connect and you didnt select a agent yet
sm_csgoagents_instantly "1" // Enable or disable apply agents skins instantly

updated your plugin on server. server crashes when join team and i have no hands, prev version was working.

cvars i've set:

sm_csgoagents_autoopen "1" // Enable or disable auto open menu when you connect and you didnt select a agent yet
sm_csgoagents_instantly "0" // Enable or disable apply agents skins instantly
sm_csgoagents_timer "0.2" // Time on Spawn for apply agent skins
sm_csgoagents_nooverwrittecustom "0" // No apply agent model if the user already have a custom model. 1 = no apply when custom model, 0 = disable this feature

I deleted the sql in addons/sourcemod/data/sqlite and now it works.

Lol then probably your sqlite field for this plugin was corrupted. I will prevent these cases too in the plugin.

probably a plugin bug. a ct model has a t skin. can you add mysql support?
