SV_PackEntity: SnagChangeFrameList mismatched number of props[94 vs 97]

Im getting this crash on my server about every 12 hours. I'm pretty sure its a sourcemod plugin that's causing this , and one of the ones custom made i have. However i dont know what to relate it to. I don't know where to look.

Would it be related to creating and removing entities?

i am not sure about this crash but go ahead and type sm plugins list and show us what is in there.Maybe someone can figure this out with it.

Here are all the public plugins on my server. I have a lot of custom made ones. What would cause that though is my question. Im running the lastest SM version .
