Hello i have a problem.

The plugin is runnig but dont make a cfg file?
I have restart/mapchange but no cfg file

okay, so, I installed this, it works, there are 2 plugins? 1 is gv.smx the other is gamevoting.smx??? also I have changed the config multiple times and saved the file and restarted the server and I cannot seem to get it to change the number of people required for a vote. it always says 8 even though i have changed it to 3 multiple times in the appropriate manner. the installation in structions and multiple download links are very confusing on this post. please help. I may have to just start all over.
