Sprite on hud [Decompile or rewrite help]

Hi!

I was looking for a plugin, which shows sprites in player's hud and i saw that everyone says its not possible. But i found a plugin which can do it

, just i have the amxx only.

So, if that possible i would like one of you [Who can

] to decompile or rewrite this plugin.
