Welcome music isn't working.

I had other music in the past and i think something is with conflict or i need extra commands...

I have these:

sv_pure "0"
sv_allowdownload "1"
sv_allowupload "1"
sv_consistency "1"
sv_downloadurl "......./dod"

I installed everything okay.
Someone have suggestions for me?

I suddenly get the error " cannounce.smx (Connect Announce): Native "GeoipCity" was not found" , since I installed the latest sourcemod 1.10, Is there something I need to update ?

Is there a plugin with similar functionality and localized text support? This one is good, maybe even the best, but only one language is supported. Also, a welcome sound and message would be great.
