After capitulation LR doesnt work.
Player who has capitulated cant damage CT.

This error is already known and hopefully get fixed to next update.

do you have edit MyJailbreak.DuckHunt.phrases.txt ?

Are you using Sourcemod 1.7? If yeah then update to the latest stable version.

Checkplayers is feature of sm_hosties2. you can disable it with sm_hosties_checkplayers_enable "0"

like weeeishy said.
The smx files on Github are compiled with SM 1.8.
If you still use 1.7.x you should update your sourcemod or compile MyJailbreak for yourself on your SM version.
