Basically a simple plugin that shows a menu when you defuse the bomb that gives you the option to cut one of 5 wires to disarm it immediately (the other 4 cause it to explode immediately). You should still be able to defuse the bomb the normal way, this would only be of any use if normally there'd be no chance of defusing it.

I would use the ES script but we're trying to keep the extra plugins down to a minimum and with Sourcemod already on it this would be far easier.
