[REQ] Allow those with flag to teamswap (paying $100)

I'm looking for some assistance to have a plugin made for TF2 (as a SourceMod addon) which can do the following:

If a player says swapmyteam in say it will see if they have a particular flag in SourceMod. If they do, it will teamswap them. If they don't it will feed back a pre-defined message. It won't handle any arguments like who to teamswap etc, it will just allow them to swap themselves only by saying swapmyteam.

If they say swapmyteam while in spec it should just feed them back an error.

Hey I played at theQclan's server a lot before, glad you got what you needed

Its funny how fast you get offers when you offer $100

Would you mind testing this plugin, I wrote it, and tested with my self. I did not try with other people, but should be working.
