[PAID][REQ][TF2] Sudden Death after 60min without loading map again

Requirements

TF2 Sudden Death is activated after (60 minutes /customisable) without changing/reloading the same map again.

I want to aviod the loading screen once sudden death is completed - just want the round to restart again.

Note:
Sudden death works when cvar is "mp_timelimit 60" & "mp_match_end_at_timelimit 1" - however this reloads the map again.

I run a 24/7 single map. - my current server.cfg contains.

mp_maxrounds "0"
mp_timelimit "0"
mp_stalemate_enable "1"
mp_match_end_at_timelimit "1"
mp_stalemate_timelimit "240"
mp_stalemate_meleeonly "1"
