Because apache is a complex port and the person that attempted to port it did not understand how to code well enough to do it, so it was not considered usable... You can see some apache code in K-OS's hero but at least he understands what to do with it...

K-OS, please fully port this to engine instead of using Vexd_Utilities... Also, curious what happens when you have multiple people with the bomb? since I do not think you took that into consideration here.

Yeah I noted that it was unfinished. I planned on looking at the original plugin for code...in order to do a tie fighter type hero.

Should I wait and use the engine code for camera view from this savage25 hero instead of the Vexd way?

Just take savage25 change #include <Vexd_Utilities> to #include <engine>, then compile and fix the errors... And if you are gonna use K-OS's code please properly credit him at the top of your code commented out...

I will try to support multiple textures for differend bodyshells.

I'm also trying to make it possible to have multiple savages in the game, all with different textures.
But i don't thing it will ever be posible to paint your own car and show it to other players. ( like need for speed )
I've fixed a lot of bugs so far ( beter camera, less bandwidth, etc. )
but i'm mainly working on the stunt code.
But it's quite hard cause the halflife engine doesn't allow the collsion boxes to rotate, so i'll probably have to remove them :S

K-OSAbout cars - it isn't problem, because you can use terrorist and have bombs. Please just post car models to 6 players and you'll be most funniest hero author.

funny hero - but maybe a bit weak... nobody would pay 1 level for such an hero who can't kill everything

u should make it so the car can put out ramps with +use key then jump lol that would be hilarious o.O

how bout the stunts as.. when you are using savage25, you cna press spacebar and then u cna jump?
