I think you're not understanding yourself. You said you don't want the command, so what's the problem? Where did you see a command in Xalus' plugin?

3. Revive VIP only if there are at least 2 players alive in the team he play . For example :

If in the team where a VIP plays, there is at least one teammate, and that VIP dies, he can receive revives through that 0.5% chance. If in this team he is the only one in life, he has no way of receiving revives because the round ends. He cannot receive this chance.
