Its the same at my dust2 server. the restrict.cfg doesnt work. i put "sm_restrict awp 1 ct & sm_restrict awp 1 t" in the server.cfg. it works...

Liam it parse the config correctly so that is not the problem, it also works if once change the convar when it is up and running.

A bit odd that it uses the cvar on windows (steam - dedicated) but not on linux (srcds). Might be doing something wrong.

1.03 didn't solved it as I previously stated

I'm running a windows srcds server w/o steam, so that makes no difference. I'll test this on Linux though.

still the warm up timer comes on and the weapons that i reestricted are still being used so ???? can any one help

There appears to be an issue with Linux on the cvars. I'm going to be testing this as soon as I can get a linux server setup.
