Description
Provides a small set of natives and methods for working with Actions and Behavior

Showcase what you can do with it (by Uncle Jessie)

1. l4d2_behavior_allocator - Memory allocator for actions. You can't use other methods of allocating memory because it leads to a crash when deleting an action
2. l4d2_behavior_components - Provides native for hooking action event handlers (OnShoved, OnHitByVomitjar ...etc)
3. l4d2_behavior_test_plugins - Archive with test/debug plugins. Maybe I will add new over time.

Notes

• Behavior for linux and windows handles arguments differently so the hook code for them will be different
• Do not block the event handlers it can lead to a crash
