I don't think there is a necessary to write a function convert the UTF-8 to ansi.
so I have not done that.

I tested the natives and they worked fine.

Will work on a plugin that uses your module. Maybe you can compile this for linux also since it will be needed.

Also some suggestions regarding the way the module was made:
1. Create an include file where you place all the natives the module requires and also the reqlib check other modules to see how this is done
2. Module autoloading

Also I think that this would be best to be included in the main amxx core since it is something usefull.
