in csgo we can get cases when the game ends by luck. I saw in some community servers that a plugin tries to drop cases every 15 minutes or so does anyone have that plugin , or is it paid plugin.

And HOW is it possible? how they manipulate csgo as if the game ended.

Your CSGO server sends a message to the CSGO backend when the map has ended which will then handle drops. Since you have control over the server you can simply make it send the same kind of message to the CSGO backend whenever you want regardless of if its map-end or not.

This will make it as if it were 4 maps of 5 min, though one map of 20 min in real.
It does not change the real amount of drops. This isn't like a magic.
