I need help setting up a server.

Hey guys! Im new to the server scene and I would like help getting it set up. I'm aiming for making a surf server, I already have the vanilla server installed and I need help with plugins, maps and some other stuff. You can contact me through my discord, (obama gaming#1495). Every plugin is installed the exact same way.
Every map is added the exact same way.

I don't see an actual question that needs answering.
"I need help with X" means that you haven't even tried to do any of the stuff.
