[CS:GO] Admin chats are empty

Even though a player types a message as:

press U -> type @something, every admin sees this:

Chat admins:

and nothing else.. just empty Chat admins:

Weirdly enough, the owner of the server (who has flag z) can see the messages

I have a plugin that handles the OnClientSayCommand, but it returns Plugin_Handled when it detects a chat for admins.

What should I do?

You need find problem by unload SM plugin one at time and test.

Reinstall basechat.smx from sourcemod and see if it works

just unload every plugin until you find the one that causes the issue
