Each player has gets their own random number to determine if they receive any of the effects.

Heey cant someone help me! I put the frostnova.mdl in C:/HLserver/cstrike/models and it still says
Cannot continue without model models/frostnova.mdl, disconnecting

plz help me .. am I putting it to wrong directory or something?

Yes, you are putting it in the wrong directory, if it says that it could not find it. If you are just unzipping resources.zip, unzip it into the cstrike directory, as the zip already has the folder layout.

I did like this.... I downloaded resources.zip then I extracted the 2 folders into
C:/HLserver/cstrike and it still wont work .... This happend to me before too
