Also you're going to need to change your rcon password and generate a new token, never give out that information.

1. Move nextmap and mapchooser to the disabled folder
2. Create and use the gamemode_competitive_server.cfg (if competitive) in the /csgo/cfg folder
3. Add the following values to gamemode_competitive_server.cfg
4. Make sure your gamemodes_server.txt, mapcycle, and maplist all have the same maps
5. Restart your server and check via console or rcon that those values have been set

mp_endmatch_votenextmap "1"
mp_endmatch_votenextmap_keepcurrent "0"
mp_match_end_restart "0"
mp_match_end_changelevel "1"
mp_endmatch_votenextleveltime "20"

this is my command line:

-game csgo -console -condebug -usercon -maxplayers_override 26 +maxplayers 26 +exec server.cfg -ip 46.105.104.48 -port 27135 +game_mode 1 +game_type 0 +map 2000_csgo +mapgroup mg_bomb -nohltv -tickrate "66" +tv_port +host_workshop_collection -authkey -autoupdate

I did the exact of what you said but it didn't work we weren't able to see the vote board, and I will change the rcon and token now I forgot that I shouldn't be posting them xD

and this is what I see in web console at the end of the map, we were playing dust2:

You're gamemodes_server.txt is corrupted/invalid.
Create a new one from the example one provided in the install.
Naming it something that isn't already used is best as well, like mg_fun or something.
Remember to change it in your command line as well.

I noticed that in my gamemode.txt my mapgroup mg_bomb is listed as not used currently and it has different maps than the ones I want do I have to change it ?!!

thanks alot man i really appriciate it and now it works <3
what I did was like what you said I created a new gamemodes_server.txt with a new map group with name mg_lord (thanks to this website http://www.configcreator.com ) and I put it and changed it to my command line and woohoo it worked <3 thanks alot
