[REQ][TF2][Urgently] auto exec commands on maps start

ok im trying to change server settings

I added them to server.cfg, config_arena and sourcemod.cfg but it does not work proper. When i restart server it work , but when i change map it does not, i need manualy by console add them, even if i do rcon exec server.cfg it shows in game that this settings was changed but realy they dont.
So can someone create plugin to make them work ?

OK i found why i had such issue. if i use to change sv_cheats from 1 to 0 or from 0 to 1 (was testig with bots cos of arena map) and some how that reset cvars. so i just added them to all arema_map...cfg no everything seems fine.
