This will probably be used a lot for servers who want no block initially in the first 5-10 seconds as players leave spawn, but it turns back on whenever 5-10 seconds expires.

This will eliminate the need for no block on massive servers 40+. It allows for 5-10 seconds in the start of the round with no block so players can move into the direction they need.

But when no-block expire, and someone is inside someone, then they will get stuck , But for doing this, you can use (or make) your own plugin for sending command at round start sm_noblock 1 , and after 10 secs sm_noblock 0 , but ppl will get stuck im sure

Agreed. And this would therefore render this plugin useless unless the plugin was created by a very skilled person who designed every aspect to ensure people didn't get stuck.

I, personally, don't think it would work either - good luck though,

Yeap, it will not be really stable, but you can combine NoBlock+!zstuck from zombie:reloaded so when no block expires server will autouse zstuck function on players who are inside each other
