Now this just frustrates me. Ive done everything this video told me to do

Ive already tried about 10 times, ive had to close tf2 about 6 times, reconnect to my server the same amount. ive put in my steam unique ID correctly.. also, when i try to open my server i get this error message
"The procedure entry point PLAT_GetExecutablePath could not be located in the dynamic link library tier0_s.dll."
Whats tat mean.
Help is greatly apreciated.

I used the hldsupdate version of hosting this server.

Can you paste your config file for admins? If you're using advanced, I'd suggest using simple.
