Problem with menus in CS:S Beta

Hello.
I made CS:S Beta server, but have some problem - all menus, except mani menu, are opens in game menu.
In what may be the problem? Thx and sorry for my english. :>

Oh, its bad, but on two servers where i played menus are ok. :[

I find how to make menus work on Eventscripts, if somebody interested - here is the answer.
