Sourcemod error??

Hello guys everytime i hit the "player" under the !admin menu my server crashes??? i join the server types !admin presses number one and server crash??
Please help..?? heres the errors from sourcemod in the console

[sm] error (line 0, column 0): stream failed to open executing dedicated server config file server.cfg
material models/player/items/all_class/all_class_ring_setting has a normal map and $basealphaenvmapmas. must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask to get specular....

Hope someone can help me with this cus im getting sick of it

Which game? Which SourceMod version?

At a guess, one of the Orange Box games (HL2:DM, DoD:S, CS:S, or TF2) with SourceMod 1.4.4 or earlier.

The Orange Box games had an update that caused the menu system to start crashing whenever someone made a choice. Upgrading to SourceMod 1.4.6 should fix the problem.

You probably didn't update everything correctly, I suggest you do a clean reinstall.

Okay listen i did this today .... i deleted the hole tf2 server folder and installed it on new... i dont wanna do it again lawl..

its third time lawl.. anyone knows a video that shows me how to install sm
