Yes tried them, They gave me same ping !
I'm using right client rates ... Maybe the problem from the players who use bad rates
And i'm using microsoft azure vm and download speed is like 160 but upload 13 and i'll try to test it now to see ;)
And sorry for double post was chocked :S

it Doesn't Seem to Open on Windows Ten insider Preview Build 15063, i have ESET Smart Security 11.0.159.5 installed windows Defender shows a Error saying that it prevented the program from running so i click run anyway nothing shows up :/
