Would it be possible this is causing lag? I have had the same problem before with Server Redirect because our server is hosted in London (UK) and our Webserver is hosted in California (US).

I don't know how that relates to SourceBans. Anyways, my FastDL Host is in USA and our Game Servers in London and no problems with it, so I dare to say there's either network problems or machine problems between the two Servers of yours.

We are just trying to troubleshoot our lag, what I am saying is the server is in the UK and the Mysql database it has to connect to will have a response time of around 150ms.

If I ban a player from the game, the ban works but it doesn't display on the website. If I ban a player from the website, it kicks them from the server but they can just join back in. The ban doesn't stay.

Well I made a new database but I still get that "can't find database conf" error
