I just tried to open a months old server that i had running on my computer, but after running it, it instantly closes itself. I've tried updating the server and changing some things to see if it works but it was all for nothing, here's what the log says right before the server closes:

Any idea on what could be causing this?

highly doubt the store plugin is causing it but that's what it looks like. Check your csgo/addons/sourcemod/config/database.cfg and make sure it's configured properly.

Probably some plugin(s) which use gamedata's signature(s) expired. Or you haven't updated sourcemod and metamod to th latest version
