anybody here knows wheres the problem if the servername doesnt change when i changed it in server.cfg?

i changed the rcon pw and this worked, but the servername is still the same

How are you trying to change it? Does it change when you type the command into server console/RCON/HLSW?

Also, note that if you're on a server, you won't see its name change in the scoreboard (for TF2, at least) until you reconnect or check the server browser.

i changed it by editing server.cfg. then quit in konsole and the name is still standart. but i changed it over hlsw and this worked now

(If you don't want to use any plugins) After you edit server.cfg, you need to type "exec server.cfg" in console to take effect.

u might wanna just change map after changing server.cfg (or like apocalyptic said, execute it manually)
autoexec is executed at server start, server cfg is executed at map change
