Group ban error

Hey,

Been trying to ban a few groups but everytime I try I get the same error come up.

Code:

Error: the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid. Received:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getElementsByTagName() on a non-object in /home/****/public_html/includes/sb-callback.php on line 2659
You have whitespace in your response.

Any ideas on why or how to fix?

EDIT: It seems this error was caused by the group I was trying to ban being administratively disabled by valve.
