i think if your server is nonsteam for any odd reason, then you can easily do this with some bogus connection packets, if its a steam server i think you could still do that using opensteamworks to dump steam auth packets and do the same packet but with a proper auth ticket instead

Not he do that. 99,999% The exploit run on that server machine, but from other user. Just ban that IP field and forget this thing.

My servers has also been invaded today, its was total 104 "bots" on my servers.

Is it not posibile to make a plugin who check the IPs and if it more than eks 5 connections from same IP autoban the IP and kick the players with that IP?

I still dont understand how this is running? You would surely have to have a lot of steam accounts open on one machine? And what is the purpose of the person doing it?
