How to do that (title) ? I tried with spider limetech and it says it can not reat inside sp files.

Download stand-alone version of compiler: https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable
Drag & Drop base sp file to spcomp.exe
Or double click on sp and create an association with that exe file.
