write this: mapchangecfgfile "server.cfg"

The reason he deleted the post is that the question was about CS:GO.

Incidentally, in Source games, autoexec.cfg executes on server startup and the file specified as "serverconfigfile" (server.cfg by default) will execute at the beginning of each map.
