Go to line 46 and change the define to your banmethod
Valid methods are listed from line 34 to 43
Afterwards recompile the plugin locally.

what is hte different between KICK_AMXBAN and KICK_BAN_ID plz

and how i am sure its permanent ?

KICK_AMXBAN is if you have AMXBANS running on your server(s).
KICK_BAN is the regular rcon ban.
Bans are allways permanent. Even the time would be different it would be like perm banned, because VAC bans are permanent and every time your timeban has expired the ban would be renewed when he connects again to your server (because he would be checked again).

if choose this one KICK_BAN_ID, does the pluging do LOG_ONLY too ?

can i check the log server about steam ban vac

and does the pluging inform other people that a steam ban vac has been detected and banned ?

As far as i know it logs allways every banned player.
You will find the log in addons/amxmodx/logs/vacban.log
There is a notice when a player get's banned, but i don't know if this is visible to all or admin only.

iF somebody can tell me what i ve to modifie in the .sma if advertisement only for banned player.. i want to inform all player, to show that the serv is little bit more protected against strange player

I noticed soe very small lags when players connect. I think this happens while the http request is send and the server waits for an answere. Is it possible to change that?
