You either have an unsupported version of Counter-Strike, you are running an incompatible Metamod or non-AMX Mod X plugin, or you did not copy the CSDM binary correctly.

Or the last possibility - he is using leggal mod and he has installed everything correctly, but he is using ZBOTs (CS bot under CS1.6 - it's possible to use the leggal binary and patch the memory only).
