changing file names sourcemod

Hi,

1 question i like to know how can i change file names example: [sm-radio] Welcome this server is running sm-radio.

change to:

[radio-station] Welcome this server is running sm-radio.

also advanced redirect the menu when you type !servers menu name is this all done in the .sp file? i looked but nothing seemed to work.

Yes all of this is in the .sp
