I have a request:

Could you make, that plugin will allow same player vote again and again. But it should be with some maprate_rate_delay - this should be days, in which player can rate map again.

For example player voted for map, and than he can vote one more time in 3 days. After 3 days he voted again, and should wait more 3 days to vote...

It has an allow revote cvar that would be redundant.
maprate_allow_revote See if it's set to 1 it allows them to revote at any time and that's the default.

willy1234x1 but this do not track your voice. The voice count is still 1 - you simply changing your vote, but it would be nice to vote one more time and it should be another voice. That's what I mean.

You want multiple vote counts per Steam ID? Why would you want that. If someone decided to mess with your system they could just vote a bunch of times to imbalance your ratings or do you want a cvar that puts a time limit on voting again? Such as if player a voted on 7/4/2008 then he can't revote till 7/8/2008. So a cvar of maprate_revote_delay_time then a number in minutes (If you want days you'd have to convert the number of days to minutes.)

I still don't entirely understand your reasoning though. If you want to be able to count each vote as separate and say player a has voted 10 times and he has voted the map as 3,4,5,5,4,3,2,4,4,5 would his vote only be worth the mean of 3.9 or the median of 2,3,3,4,4,4,4,5,5,5 Being 4? The revote delay is an understandable request but allowing there to be more than one vote count per user doesn't make sense.

Allowing multiple votes is a non-trivial addition. I'm hesitant to add it unless there's significant demand for it.

Snapcase452: Are you able to connect to the MySQL database on the same machine outside of the srcds process (I'm not sure how this is done on Windows, but on Linux, you'd typically use "mysql -u USERNAME -p DATABASE" then enter your password)?

stevieboy: Please let me know if you have any issues with the Dismiss option. I tested it pretty thoroughly but am not using it on my servers.

First of all: I personally don't like and want the multiple rating per map+player.

I will install the new version today and test it.

I also checked the translation file and came across some minor errors in the German part.
