NO ROUND TIME LIMIT
What this plugin does is just disable round time limit to 0 making it infinite, the plugin have commands to disable it, if you want

COMMANDS (CMDS)

1. ntm_on / Enables the plugin
2. ntm_off / Disables the plugin
3. ntm_ver / Shows plugin version
4. ntm_set / Set the round timer time

ConVars (CVARS)

1. ntm_ver / Shows plugin version
2. ntm_announce / Enables/Disables plugin announcement on change-team
3. ntm_

To compile by yourself you'll need morecolors.inc and updater.inc
