Bans doesnt show up on website

I can add bans from the website and they take effect on the server, but when i ban somebody using sm_ban then it doesnt show up on the website. This is my error log:

[sourcebans.smx] Failed to query database. (Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`csgoserver`.`sb_actions`, CONSTRAINT `action_server` FOREIGN KEY (`server_id`) REFERENCES `sb_servers` (`id`) ON DELETE CASCADE))

I allready looked at the tons of threads regarding this. Couldnt seem to find any help!

Adding admins through sourcebans doesnt work either

I reinstalled sourcebans and messed around with the database and then it started to work

Now the only problem i have is that the admins i add wont work!
