[Solved] hud bug %s on amxmod 1.10

hi, i need help to find fix for this weird bug

i have 2 basebuilder servers one with amxmod 1.8.3 version 2nd one with 1.10
on 1.8.3 version basebuilder hud work fine and hsow everything but on 1.10 it just show %s
on every command idk where the problem is but some people manage to fix it.

It only happens on non-steam, Non-steam = No Support
