Could someone make a plugin which is making the reloadings per full charge...

Ex:
Before reloading> Ammo: 27/90

After reloading> Ammo 30/60

I saw a plugin that will use your left ammo and then when it's done use the left one

No. you won't find it on the forums there are some plugins and stuff you won't find on the forums because they were done privately and the person who made them doesn't want anyone else to use them.

I agree that this is a better idea than the way CS does it now. Because you're not going to see someone take 8 bullets from a pouch and put them into a USP to make the 12 total, they are gonna scrub the last 4 and grab a new clip. Great idea!
