OK, so I just installed AMX and I've added myself as an admin in a thousand ways...

..And after saving users.ini and restarting the server, none of it works and I'm still not an admin.
Yeah, I've done the whole setinfo thing in my console too, but anyways, shouldn't it work off my IP address OR steamid without that??

Oh, and another thing...how can I turn AMX off without amx_off (since I can't use this command (grr!))?

Go in server, type status, and tell us whole output.

Also show us the the WHOLE users.ini and the output of amxx plugins using RCON.

Does it say you have no access to that command? And amx_off is also a server console command so you can do it with RCON.

Obviously that doesn't show the real server IP address since I'm connecting to myself through a router (so it's the router's locally assigned IP that's in the status command) but I assume that's not important...

And in regards to users.ini, I just installed it and I'm the only admin I want right now, so the above post contains its entirety (except for the explanational comments). So all those IP addresses are mine- obviously there's the localhost ip, my local router ip, and my real ip.

Everything looks fine to me, try disabling all your custom plugins, and see if you have the same problem. If not, then enable each plugin one by one and see what one is preventing admin verification.
