Did you use HLDSUPDATETOOL or STEAMCMD?

is it only you who gets this error?
Did any other player try 2 join and check?

if you updated by STEAMCMD, what command lines did you write!

I used steamcmd. hldstool dont work either. the command i used is: app_update 90 validate

FIXED!
It turned out when the update changed the directory from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\my user\dedicated server
to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life
The model files where not there i was pretty sure i had copyed all files including model/sound/misc files but now i see they was not there. copied there and now all plugins work again. I think maybe autoupdate deleted them or something not sure.

That isn't a server installed with SteamCMD then. That is a server launched using New Game
