Server redirect with Slot Reservation

Hey, so I have preatty simple idea (I think), but I do not know how ti implement it.

So the idea is this, when server has 30 players, slot 31 would be reserved for admin or something, but I need to redirect players to another server, so if there is 30 players, regular playeres would be redirected right away, but admins can join, and than when there is 31 players no admins can join, everyone will be redirected.

I'm sure that redirecting no longer works.

I'm using 1.8.2 amx mod x, and plugins for redirect work for my server

Redirection is no longer supported here.
