I found a lot of redirect plugins which should work on cs:go but no one with this feature to like redirect players to the other server IP if the Server where they are trying to connect is full.

I'm 99% sure this feature was disabled internally by CSGO devs many moons ago. That's why the most commonly used redirect plugin has to print connect information for players in the console when they select a server to redirect to.

Like mlov420 said CS:GO doesn't support forcing a client to connect to a certain server, the best you can do is provide them with the console command "connect <ip>:<port>"
