How can i make HLTV autorecord work on my servers. i have tried to follow the process as this website says. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=109583

but problem i am seeing is i am unable to find the hltv.cfg file in my server files. is here anyone knows how to get it working if they can help me out.
