Just an update: I no longer run servers, therefore I do not have an environment to continue updating my plugins. If you would like to take over development of one of my plugins, feel free to do so.

    What does this plugin do?
Enables fast and free building for setup only.
Notifies all users on setup start that building is temporarily free, and notifies all engineers when setup ends that building is no longer free.

I made this plugin because I really enjoyed how MVM building was handled.
I wished that normal gamemodes had this option.

    Plugin Version Info:
    Quote:
    • Version 1.0 - Initial Release
    • Version 2.0 - Completely overhaul, this plugin should work in all maps, regardless of screwed up and inconsistent the Valve/Community maps are.
    Installation:
Download setupbuild.smx and setupbuild.phrases.txt. Do not download setupbuild.sp unless you are a developer or you want to compile the plugin yourself. This plugin relies on the great MoreColors by Dr. McKay, and will fail to compile using the online compiler.

    Move setupbuild.smx to addons\sourcemod\plugins
    Move setupbuild.phrases.txt to addons\sourcemod\translations

    Restart/Start your server.

If you prefer compiling yourself, the .sp is also included.

It is OP in some maps. Eg cp_well or cp_dustbowl for the defenders.

Other than that working well. Though you have to hit the buildings to upgrade them.

Yeah, this was done intentionally. Setting the building levels through their entities presented many bugs.

If you don't like this plugin running on certain maps you can also combine it with a map config plugin and just have the plugin to unload itself .

    Thanks!

This is great. Often times switching to engie during the last seconds of setup leaves you crippled.

Would it be possible to add a "command spam prevention" cvar like the following for engineer building?
Maybe something like, 3times max for each of the building types?

sm_ubersetup_restrict "1" //Restrict ubercharge use during setup period to
    prevent stat abuse? (1/0 = yes/no)

    Thank you for your time.
I will write something to prevent this from happening.

    Thank you both Sreaper.
I tried the cooldown plugin but it doesn't seem to work for this plugin.
All the other commands I tested worked so I'm assuming I have the configs correct.

    Thank you Aderic.

Well from the looks of things, there wouldn't appear to be any reason why the command cooldown plugin wouldn't work with this plugin.

Which command are you blocking? I think you want to block the destroy or build command.
