Here is a version 1.4.0.4 of HLSW with working Sourcemod commands in offline mode for all games that use Sourcemod. Icons are the updated ones for this version too, from HLSW Fixes. All links now direct to https://hlswfixes.com, except for HL2 addon: Sourcemod, Metamod, Stripper, VAC, and HLX:CE, which now direct to their latest working pages. You can update links to your game, by modding the links in the Addons.cfg file.

I use ver 1.4.0.2 daily and it works fine.EDIT: I had to install an older version of superlogs plugin to make it gather steam ids and such.
