Disable Teamkill penalty

So is there a way to disable or put to 0 the teamkill penalty? Im running FFA DM server and it would be nice that if you dont get penalty when you kill a teammate on my server. I tried to find it from webpanel but no luck. Can anyone assist me with this?

Its in the webpanel. If you go to the admin panel -> Select the game of choice -> Actions.

There it lists all the actions and corresponding points for each.

its not in the actions menu anymore, its at servers --> configure

If I delete the setting, it is still giving -points. If I set it to 0 players don't get any points for kills.
I'm hosting a DM FFA Server and I need someone to help me with this setting, anyone out there?
