How to turn off downloading? It takes time.

Add a ; before the plugins' name.

But it will turn off the plugin, what if in the middle of the game I would like to turn on a gungame mode? Anyway thx, it will just take me to uncheck it and restart the map.

I don't get it.

You don't start plugins during a gameplay on a map!
